I am Mr Arijit Bose booked a Kashmir tour package from the above said travel agency for the time duration 27 Apr 16 to 01 May 16.I paid ₹5, 000/- as 50% of the advance payment for the package.
At the last time they cancelled the package without informing me.I called them why they did so? they told me that is their internal matters.Them I asked for refund they assured me that they will give.But till date I didn't get...

I have booked for a 5 nights and 6 days delhi, agra, jaipur package including to and fro flight ticket from kerala to delhi with fantasy travels for the month of april 2016. As per their request i have made advance payment of rs.33000/- on 09/02/2016 and rs.32000/- on 23/02/2016 in their kotak bank account. They give me the conformation for the payment. But after that after repeated request they did not send me the order form for filling...

I paid full amount to the fantasy travels for the kashmir tours, but they were not arrange the package for kashmir. And promise the amount refunded to me on 15/06/2016.
