I ordered refurbished tab of Rs 2799 from Fashion-art.in/

They took money of Rs 2799 but did not send me any product to me. They did not even communicate anything regarding the same.

The transaction number for the online netbanking payment is [protected].

I ordered a helmet from the website but haven't received any product or any update regarding the same. Just a transaction ID from PayU : 113b6ad9640d1b636425.
Please help me recovering the amount.

I ordered a Fitbit smartwatch for ₹999 and haven’t received an my ordered it’s been 5/6 days trying to contact them phone is switch off no reply of mail

I had made payment of 3200 for Refurbished window ac on 20th August 2022 but still now i didn't got any response from their side... I had mailed them but still no responce.

I ordered a baby toy from the website. Website was showing in top searches of Google. No communication/delivery received from company

Delivery was promised on site within 8-10 days of payment - when I sent them a mail on 13th Aug 2022 at [protected]@gmail.com to check status of my order, there was no response. I called them on the number listed on their website [protected] many times but response always was " switched off"

Kindly help in recovering my paid amount

I purchased a power bank.
But after the transaction I have received no order details or receiving date.
There's nothing after you've paid.

I have ordered a refurbished TV, Order no 6177 but still not delivered. I have mailed repeatedly but no response or message from them.

I booked AC from https://fashion-art.in/ and oder id has been given.now he order page doesnt exists and there is no deivery.
I want mumbai poice to take action.

Order no 5764. Paid Rs 1880. Repeated emails sent but no response. No phone number. Cheated!

The website has displayed items at very low cost as refurbished items. They don't respond to the mails sent to them. Only order number is issued. They are duping people not only with this potential fraud schemes, but perhaps even by selling/ misusing their important confidential financial data. This must stop immediately.

High Definition Large Screen LED TV's, iPads etc are sold as refurbished ones for cheap prices, when you purchase by paying money, nothing happens other than providing order ID. Yesterday I tried to purchase refurbished LED TV from the same website. The order details are as below but once the money is debited there is no response from the site and no product gets delivered.
