Yesterday i have sent one parcel from Rajkot to Ahemdabad paldi around 7 pm and they assured me tht parcel will be delivered around 11 am tomorrow without fail. Since morning i am trying to collect my parcel from Paldi office but they miss behaved with me and my wife. They rudely behaved and talked with my wife and asked to lodge a complaint. We gave grand i10 car for repair after the car front portion damaged. There is no prior agreement nor estimation given at the beginning of the service. At the beginning they said orally the estimate cost would go around 1 lakh. After few days they have told us the repair is getting started and asked us to release some advance amount.in response we asked the estimation. Company give a Poorest Service to all Coustmer and nobody recieve call at coustmer care. Also I am trying to contact coustomer care from almost 10 days. But nobody answer my calls, messages.
I am many time Complain about this. No action taken. And also I am told to extand my package validity against of that my loss days of package. But no answer....
