Dear Sir,
I have purcahesd online prepaid cash card of BSNL from Fastrecharge.I have paid them for the same Rs-375.
After few hrs i got a from them that the stock is not available at our end , we will refund your money with in 5-6 business day.
Still today they didnt refund my money. I am chasing them daily,but the gives only escuse , not money.
I need your help.
Please look in this matter.
