Very disappointing they show branded dress to attar and than when ordered we will receive something never expected. I was charged rs.1510/- for 2 dress against order no 15323 and 15335. When tried calling no response. No source of contact. I think they are cheaters & frauds.

Please don't believe feb deal, lady deal are all same frauds...

I ordered a lehenga from febdeal.com on 9th october 2018.
Order number #82737 (Message received)
Order was suppose to reach in 7-10 days.
Payment for the same was done online. Rs. 799/-
After 3-5days the site went off. And till date it has not started.
On 10th october i got a message saying status of the order...

I ordered a lehnga through feb deal's facebook page on cash on delivery mode.
I paid inr. 863.00, awb no.[protected] courier company kkbrothers express & order no. 70475 but i received an used and dirty old dhoti (I guess they bought it from a bartan wali) the value would not be more than inr 100.00
This is a clear case of cheating and fraud! I don't know whether would get my money back or not.

Feb deal is a worst online website cheating everyone and getting money it has been more than 1 month since i filled the refund form and sent a mail too but there is no response i ordered a saree and a kurti for rs.1077 but not even a single response please block that website many are getting cheated by that why they are gathering these mails without taking any actions they want to take immediate actions and should refund everyone's money...

Please take the reference of my order no 43483 for langha2. After order i received product after 25 days. I am disappointed after seeing product was faulty and there was hole on clothes. One of the fake website, who is really worrying all the people with attractive orders and delivering wrong product. And no refund of money and response to the mail.

My order # 70416 was delivered on 6th october. Worst cloth ever seen. I ordered something and received something else. I placed for return and refund on the same day but i didn't received the refund yet it's been more than 10 working days. Pathetic service. Really very disappointed and this is cheating. Received the order on 09-oct-2018 and paid cod mode. Opened the order and shocked to see the old torn old cheap saree being delivered.

Placed order (Order ref#63078) for a churidar on 26.09.2018 (Rs.355/-) with feb deal, but received a saree with poor quality on 3.10.2018.. Raised refund request on 03.10.2018 but no response so far. Sent email to [protected]@gmail.com, no reply received. Called their watsapp no.[protected] and on[protected] provided in the site. It is switched off all the time....

I ordered two kurtis from Feb Deal and received worthless rag cloth instead. All contact numbers listed on their website are out of service.
None of the contact forms on their website is working.
I'm damn sure that the delivery companies are involved too as the delivery labels do not carry any seller address / contact numbers.
This business is duping people each day, the people behind this should be brought to justice...
