Placed an order on 21st july and paid online through razorpay. Still, haven't received the order....

I happened to see this page on Instagram while surfing through and was impressed by the products and the cheap rates. I ordered few products and also paid an amount of Rs.1284 via GPay (Razorpay Software Private Limited) UPI Transaction ID:[protected] to: (razor.[protected]@sbi). The order was not delivered and the mobile number provided ([protected]) is switched off then. The website is also unavailable since then....

I had ordered shirts from finifox (Order#38291 of inr 900) on 18th july 2020, after seeing their advertisement on facebook. After having placed an order an sms was sent assuring delivery within 14 days. As of 30 aug 2020 the order hasn't been delivered. The contact number provided by this brand is always switched off....

I ordered from this website, did online payment also. Just got a mail. No other information. Till now i didnt get my ordered products. They gave a phone number which was fake. Kindly look into the matter and do needful....

I have order shirts and paid through online payment, i have not received any thing till now and i have received a message that the product will be delivered on 5th of august, cheating like this will never ever stay with the peoples...😡🤬😠🤬...

Hi, this is sharath padiyath, i have ordered 2 shirts from finifox fashion and also paid the orders in full as they said due to covid they won’t accept cash on delivery. Now it’s been more 14 days. I have not received the item and also no messages or email from them. Please look into this issue as this can be a proper fraud game. 49932 is my order number which was provided and charged through my citibank for rs. 669. Request you to investigate...

I have paid for the shirt and they replied with the message for delivery on 2nd august. I have not received the product yet and there customer care number is switch off....

I'm divyansh singh rajput, currently residing in the district of bijnor, up. I recently came across an instagram ad for this company, and was convinced with the quality and price. So, i ordered three shirts from this website, worth of 1200 rupees. As i placed an order on 13th of july, i recently received a text message that said, "thankyou for shopping with us. We will deliver your order in the next 14 days." also the number ([protected])...

I ordered 3 shirts on 17/07/2020 and i got a confirmation that my order has been placed and i have paid the amount. And it will be delivered on 04/08/2020. When i tried to contact them website is not available and the number for tracking is switched off right now. Below iam posting screen shot of the message....

I have ordered couple of shirts for 670/- rs. On july 14th and made a successful transaction and unfortunately i have not heard back from finifox since then and now is see their website is down. Please refund the amount asap....

I have ordered one tshirt of amount 365/- INR...On 9th of july..order no. #11841...but i did not recieved it yet...it been almost one month i m trying to call them ..i mailed them as well...but they are not replying ...this kind of fraudulence removes the trust of customer from e-shopping..it creates a bad image in my mind ...also instagram need to verify the authentication before advertising anything.....

I got the finifox advertisement in instagram, i ordered two shirts, now there phone number is off, i am gonna sue the @instagram for that, i am going to consumers forum to do a legal case against instagram for promoting a fake company advertisement....

I have ordered a shirt Worth RS 399 from finifox online shopping site. They took the order asking me to pay on the spot as COD is not available in this pandemic situation. And oder may receive in a week. After I transferred the money I received a msg stating that u will receive your order and I in 15 days of time. My order no is 53990.Now wen I am tracking my order the web site is not available now....

I order 5 shirts from finifox, the page was too attracting and had nice tshirt at a lesser rate, they provided me with a good offer and took 1645 with discount of 200 rs and gave me delivery date as 26th july, after that they disappered and the page is lost and found to be lost, is there anyone who can help me out with this, i even have there contact number which is off [protected] this is the numbern...

Website not opening and not able to contact via phone.

Raised a request with razorpay for refund, strict action against company should be taken. Will contact cyber crime department in case of no update....

Payment is already done but it's been ages there is no information from the company itself...

I have ordered shirt on july 11 and order has to be delivered by now but i have not received any orders of mine and now mobile number is switched off and they are not responding from any ways. I need my order or my money back. As cash on delivery was not available i did google pay on july 11th itself. Soo please refund my money back. And help to solve this problem and let not any other be fooled by them.
Please solve this asap....
