I ordered for a pair of earrings and they never reached me, however fizzexpress delivery status shows delivered. On bringing this to their notice by multiple messages they promised to sort it out for me.. however I got no msg expect faulty updates saying the product had been delivered.. I msgd them again on Facebook messenger however they haven't bothered to reply in 3 days!!! Not a good experience at all!!!...

I had ordered a product of PUMA from www.fizzexpress.com shopping portal and found it was not an original product. I called and mailed them up for the return and refund for the same. But till now they never contacted me on their own and giving excuses for their failure of non refunding whenever I mailed or tried to contact them.
