I am applying for loan from 1 month, but its not disbursing, I paid all my loan repayment on time, without any delay, and now you people have some server problem issue. This is not the way to give services to your best customers. I m really fedup with your services from your side. Please do the needful as soon as possible....

There was a loan taken of rs. 1000 in the month of march 2020 from flashcash, due to covid situation i could not remember to pay it back. However i did not get any reminder calls and they added heavy intrest and made the amount to approximate rs.4000 and also they took a copy of all my contacts from my phone in their server during registration. And now they are misusing it. By calling random people at night post 8pm. And asking for money...

I have taken loan from flashcash app... And due to some reason i am unable to repay the amount... They are adding penelty to it per day.. Still they are calling my realtives and friends by using ugly languages and threating them.. I am very embarrassed by them daily... Due to lockdown.. I am unable to pay.. I will pay after some time.. Give me a more time please... I pay soon... And it is not a good thing n they have no right like this act...

I took a loan of rs.10000 from flashcash and due to some reasons i am late to pay. But they are calling my contacts and giving false information. Please stop this as i need more timw to pay amount. They are charging penalty so high and that is the reason i am unable to pay amount. They are continously harassing me for repayment please help me because it creates a false image. I will make payment i need some time ....

I paid the loan using the link sent by them. I paid using it. Now they are mailing that repay the amount today or I will face more legal consequences. I paid the loan and I have proof. They are not replying for my mail. I mailed many times. They senting messages to pay the amount with in 11.30pm today.
I paid yesturday. Also the app didn't shows any update...

I applied for loan on oct 27 and it is under audit since that time. In spite o[censored]mpteen mails, they are not responding and their phone no is not working during working hours. For repayment, they torture me with whole lot of calls and emails but when I applied, there is no courtesy to explain me what went wrong, so I do not want to be associated with them anymore. Iam getting calls from flashcash collection agents stating that i took a loan of 8000rs last year i. E sept 2018 which iam not aware about. Now they telling me to repay it.
