Token Amount given to not return
Hi , I was selected one 2bhk resale Flat in Kothrud in Jan 2006 , and given token amt 100,000( cheque) Rs to milind salunkhe ( Owner of the Flat) amount .

Discrepancy in Agreement Area & Actual Area by Builder
I am looking for suggestion on my below observation as I don't know what action can I take to get my extra money back:
(A) Area As Per Agreement:
Total Area as per Agreement= Agreement Carpet Area + Agreement Terrace Area
=> 73.93 + 7.42 Sq-Mts
=> 81.35 Sq-Mts (i.e. 875.64 Sq-Ft)
(B)Amount charged for Agreement Area 81.35 Sq-Mts = Rs 23, 02, 000.00
