Ordered for one number of Swiss Military Premium Laptop Sling Bag PLB4 vide order # 10186 dated 5th June, 2022, utilising the HDFC reward zone through their alliance with Flatworldrewards.com and made an online payment for INR 1390/- from my HDFC S/B A/c to Flatworldrewards.com

The item has not been delivered as of 9th July 2022 and neither...

I had placed an order on 9th November 2021 through the above website and I recd the confirmation about the order, payment and also the ID. Then on 10th they said on email that their normal delivery period is 21 days. Now its more than that and yet i have not recd the product nor they are responding to my email.
Now I do not know what to do and how do i get the product that was ordered or my money back.
Seems this is a sham website...

Placed an order for Swiss military backpack on Nov 1st 2021 and amount of 2999 has been debited from my account. But still order has not been created and it's not displaying under my orders list. Could you please take an action against this act and help me to get back my money

I think this company is fraud. I made a transaction it show the hdfc. Flatworldrewards.com like its a company of hdfc and now the website is not working as well there is no contact details. Please help me get my money back.
