This Company "FLORA INFOTECH SOLUTIONS" provides jobs part-time like Data Entry, HTML Tagging etc etc. by taking a up front deposit and later on they neither give the payment nor refund the upfront deposit saying that the deposit is not refundable and the work is below Q.C. Level.
I guess they already have the work which is filled with errors at their side, and on receiving the complete work from us, they just replace the files and prove it that the work is below QC and seie both payments and Deposit amount.

Should be raided and shut down by Tail Nadu Goverment and the propreitor should immediately arrested.
Before giving the job they are also making us sign up the agreement which says the deposits are non-refundable. Then my question is when I want to do the job and want money then why the hell I will give money and will get a job. THIS IS A PURE SCAM. NEVER GO FOR IT. You will lose both your money and time, efforts.
When they told me that your work iss below QC, I told them okay give me an one chance I will rectify and reqork on it. but they disagreed. I told them okay When ts below QC then Don't pay my money for the work, but refund my money which I paid to you as Deposit. they denied to refund me. The reason I gave the deposit is to ensure them that I will work on their project with seriously and will submit the on time.
But they are just SACM. they CHEATED me Rs. 6500.
If you are from Tamil Nadu and then forward this to POLICE and ask them to get it shutdown

What Jothi has updated about Flora(Fraudster Bakiya) is not even 2%,Flora and Ezhil is more than that..Believe guys,that there's no need for people to take pain and update this site juz for nothing..Its all for a good cause to save other people from getting cheated..
I am actually a victim of this female..Never believe this fraudster,she is basically from a village without proper knowledge of anything except cheating.....she does 'nt even know to draft a mail..she earns lot and lots only by cheating people.I[censored] take any project from this female,u will never ever get even a penny.And you also end up loosing ur deposit..
She as well as Ezhil speaks very sweet,unless and until u deposit,later they dont bother to give u the project,they will send their own qc report (they dont send u an client copy)with 100% rejection..The TAT wat they would tell u to submit the project will be different - means they collect it earlier from u,do qc,prepare their own qc report and they send it to the customers...Later,they juz correct the minor mistakes,sends it to the end client and they get huge pymt without any hardwork,merely by cheating...Above all they wont pick up calls either during the day or night..I have lost nearly 90k,which is huge money..Mee

After that i stopped the business with flora.

I think the only solution to this is providing the information to the Tamil nadu government is best way to find this frauds.
We need to request the tamil nadu government to brand this type of people..I already started to take the action regarding this issue. I forward all the informations and my signed papers to concern dept.
I am looking forward every one to come forward and join the hands.

In the begining she said that she will provide the QC tool. Thats the only reason i come forward to take the form project. After getting the deposit she said i ask one person to prepare the QC tool. Atlast no QC tool has been provided and my project get lost.

This Flora is a no. one fraud company . It is the only company existing giving single seater Formn filling project because they have exhausted duping all bigger companies. Now they want to catch even the home based jobs people . They take upfront and reject you saying your quality is poor . Pl don't go to them .All the best frnds..
Please stop believing on local data operators, work for direct MNC, or Data processing vendors who are having tie-up with a MNC.
What these fake people do is :-
* they take 3-4 slots from the head client and then redistribute it, they are sure that you Data operators cannot achieve 100 % accuracy with manual typing. So, once you project is rejected, they have you upfront, and then redistribute the same slot to another poor guy who thinks he can earn money from this. even he is cheated. Dont blame them, you being data operators should analyse regarding the project, the fact is that these project cannot be achieved with 90 % above accuracy with manual typing, without analysing the project you sign-up the agreement which is mentioned that to not use conversion software. Even though some still use conversion software they do not Proof read and check them properly, you leave the dots and other things which makes them to find that you have used the software.
My final request, work for companies allowing the use of conversion and tagging software. Even Q.C software. A good client will allow you to use conversion and other software since he expects only quality from your side. First put this into mind. You being silly, please dont later say that all BPO processes are fake, infact we have to search for genuine companies. Even i crossed all these things, but i am working direct for MNC, they pay me 100 Rs per page with QC and other OCR conversion software.
