I had booked the above merchant for a flower and cake delivery, however the merchant seems fake as the delivery did not happen in the last 2 days at all, none of their given numbers...

I ordered a flower product from this site on 7th feb 19 for same day delivery :

I ordered the product on 7th feb19 for same day delivery but till now it is not delivered. I tried to contact on customer number shared but it is not working. Also no response...

I have placed an order from the site wich suppose to get deliver on 14th feb2019.
The order haven't got delivered it's still in preparation stage also there customer support team is not responding to mails also there number mentioned in website is not working. So i am assuming this is a fraud site.
I have also seen the same issues with another customers as well.
I request to block the site so these people will not do...
