I have ordered a cake with flowers and a greeting card on Jan 12, 2016. I payed the money and the transaction ID is [protected]. The order ID is 10302. The delivery date is Feb 01, 2016. I didn't get any updates on this order. I tried calling the customer care number [protected] and could see that the mobile was switched off. Now I couldn't see the website. Please help me in getting back my money of 1, 200....

I had ordered online delivery of flowers and cake from this website. Despite of taking order the delivery was not done. There is no response from support numbers given. Even the complaint send to them on website goes unanswered. This is really unprofessional behavior. Request people not to use this site. They are cheats and are very un-professional people....
