We had purchased 2 (Two) pairs of shoes of FLORSHEIM from Kolkata ( Metro shoes
ltd) After wearing few number of times,the heal portion & the front bottom portion
are getting powdered.Strange, such renouned co. shoes are getting powdered.We
wear ONLY Florsheim shoes.One of the pair is used by my Father & he is 84 years
old.Pl. look into the matter Immediately and issue us 2 ( new pairs) of Shoes.

Interesting. I have 1 pair which met a similar fate. I am trying to find out if the company has a website or customer feedback email that I can use. Of course, I am looking for a decent shoe repair place in Hyderabad which can replace the leather soles....

Customer Service , Quality
I have bought a pair of Florsheim Shoes from koblerr store in may 2008. I have used the shoes for only 6 to 7 months, one of the shoes bottom has worn apart. Is this the quality of Product Florsheim is manufacturing.
Also, i have given the shoes for repair 2 months back, i am yet to get any response from the Koblerr store and on the repair status. Whenever i call them for status, they say the shoes has gone to the company...
