i have purchased vacum cleaner from dealer, its was given for repairing to service center in asansol after keeping 30 days they return the same with comments that parts are not avelaibal...

Forbes Springfresh Water purifier
I bought water purifier from forbes 7 months back. I wanted a reinstallation because of address change.I called up their customer care centre and they promised 24 hrrs turn around time for re installation.Today its third week and I have been calling the concerend person and getting the same aner that will be there at your home in another 1 hour.
Now I lost my patience and I'm planning to go to consumer forum....
