My water purifier is not working for last 45 days. But no response from the service personnel even my repeated complaints

15 months back i was purchased a Forbes Aquaflo Water Purifier, which is not working for last 45 days.I purchased the unit in Kasaragod of Kerala state. And i reside at uppala village of kasaragod district.The unit SL No is 3002200. Worse service
WE have been complaining from last 1 and half month to the customer care that our water purifier isn't working but none of the service person visited us even uptill now .
This customer treatment by you not only degrades the raputation of the company but even we will think 101 times before opting for any products from u....
