I have sent a courier on 9th August. The person has not received the courier and there is no reply from the courier person.He gives a irrreposible answer .Please take necessary actions for this so that other peoples are not afffected.

Dear Sir,
I would like to submit a complaint regarding Non-Delivery of a Parcel followed by Poor response from the concerned staffs. The Courier service is called Franch Express Network. The parcel had been booked at Shakthivel Agency at Pallikaranai by one Mr.Jegan. The AWB no is [protected]. The parcel had been booked on 10/05/2012 and not been delivered till date. It is ridiculous to hear that it has already taken 6 days...
