We are not happy with your service. Pls note inspite of my several complaints there is no range in our office.

As we are also in Service Industry because of no range we have lost several business and for this you are solely responsible.

Freight India Logistics Pvt Ltd — Mobile Range not there in our office

Pls note our office is situated at 1, Hatim House, 20, Banaji Street, Near Nanabhai Lane, Fort, Mumbai 400 001. Tel no. 22820457/416.

Here the mobile range is not there yet. We fixed the booster also at our expenses. Still we are facing problem

We have CORPORATE MOB NOS with AIRTEL but we are extremely sorry to say that RANGE IS NOT AVAILABLE.

Request you to look into within 24 hours since ours is Service Industry and many Customers may be trying us but inside the office Mobile range is not there.

Dear Airtel Custom Service,

We are very much dissatisfied with your service. Already we have lodged complaint that the Booster provided by you is not at all working for last month.

We are shipping company and we are not able to contact any customer ours and in turn lost many business because of BHARTI AIRTEL ONLY.

Already we also possess Corporate Mobile Nos with your office.

Right now my office is situated at the following address:

If anyone doesn't come to our office within a day or two we are going to take up the matter with your Director MITTAL who is very close my my DIRECTOR SITTING AT BANGALORE.

I confirm we will take everyone of all respossible for our losses occurred due to your inefficient service.

After your person finds any fault in our Booster it is the responsibility of the AIRTEL to get it replaced to NEW ONE IMMEDIATLY since we are also in SERVICE INDUSTRY.

Our Complaint Service Request no is 14929266 and we have spoken to Snehal Chavan contact Mob no. [protected].

WE SHALL HOLD SNEHAL CHAVAN AND WHOLE DEPARTMENT FOR THE DELAY AND LOSSES. Immediatly we will lodge hand delivery complaint to CONSUMER COURT if the matter is not sorted out immediatly.
