i am working as a senior manager in Shriram city union finance ltd company.your service is too worst. our company processing are process by using franch courier only.you are delivering our company important couriers and cheques at 5.40pm and above, this is not satisfy and not comfortable. if you delivering after 5.30 means how can we process further work. for that reason we are change the courier in our 4 branches so i request you to guide...

I had courier a gift to Chennai on 09-Dec-2010. It was a brand new shirt (Arrow Brand worth Rs.1700). I packed the gift in front of the office in charge of French Express - Madiwala branch - Bangalore.

After 3 days, I came to know that the Courier was not yet reached. I tried to call him customer care. Initially the reply was "Sir wait for another 2 days"... this story went for a week and at last they agreed that...
