Cheated the client by changing the fabric material used for final finish of the sofa
Furniture Mall @ Thane is a big FRAUD company...I visited an exhibition at Bandra Kurla Complex on 07/02/2010...there was one stall of Furniture Mall too....one of the sofa displayed there interested me...i spoke to Mr. Hitesh who convinced me in all the possible ways to buy a sofa set as per my requirements(4seater +1 +1 single seater)....the model is I-10 with custom choice for the material to be used as the cushion....i chose CF Regal-634...

Poor Quality of Sofa & Dining Table Chairs
I had booked Sofa & Dinning Table recently (Aug-2009) in Furniture Mall. When Sofa was delivered it was found that workmanship was very poor. They have used patches wherever covering clothe was short. Also leg fitting was not strong enough. At many places screws came out by it own. In case dinning table with chairs. It was assembled set. So person from this shop came & assembled the items but it was assembled in very poor way &...

L SHAPE SOFA INFESTED WITH TERMITES
had booked a sofa with furniture mall in thane during their exibition at Thane in January 2008, sofa was delivered in May 2008. recently the sofa has been leaking of a light brown (cream color) powder below the surface floor. this powder is visible as termite infested wood being used by the manufacturer and has threatened the safety of my house and the other furniture. call made to the manufacturer has not resulted in any survey nor addressal...
