XUV5oo. Staff at nerul workshop has no clue how to handle basic operation.

I had call relation manager mr anish sawant for regular servicing of my vehicle xuv 5oo. He transfered my call to a lady who was suppose to assist me in regard to my vehical servicing. Even though i mentioned them mu address is kanidivili east they send the driver to pick up my vehicle and took it to nerul where it could have been easier for them to do the servicing in mumbai.

I have given my vehicle tuv 300 (Mh 43 at 8941) on 20 april to repair for key remote not working properly and noise during gear shifting, acceleration and clutch, at plot no d-175 nerul workshop of g-3 motors ltd. In navi mumbai.
Till today my vehicle work has not completed, and g-3 motors ltd workshop staff said me "we will take another 3 to 4 day " to repair the same.
And there is also more problems in my car...
