Dear sir /mam, i purchased honda activa 125 from ganpati honda varanasi. I would like to inform you that service of ganpati honda is very poor even they don't know how to handle the customers. There was staff named naushad, he is very rude. I went to ganpati honda varanasi for servicing of my bike at 12:00 o'clock and i waited there till 04:00 o'clock but they are not able to repair my bike. I went ganpati honda on 22nd feb 2018, 9:00 am for my honda activa service. I told them to check battery as there were issues in self start. When i enquired at evening around 4:45 pm of same day to know about the battery status then they asked so weird questions like "did i leave the battery to check", "what are issues you facing" etc. This is was really shocked to know while i already told them in morning about the issues.
