I had taken the services of Gati Safe Home Packers & Movers Pvt Ltd, Gurgaon for transporting my Household goods from Ghaziabad to NTPC-Jharli, Jhajjar on 15May'16. Hi team,
Its approx. a month since i'm waiting for my car delivery in bangalor. They have committed to deliver in 7-10 days.

Regular follow-up been doing but no concrete response i've recieved. I call them on regular basis & call went unaswerd or not responded appropritaly!

Want to know, what legal action shall i take here to penalize them & push them for urgent attention.
