I have booked one ticket on 24/07/2018 from tata to patna through gaurav luxury on line services. On that day bus was cancelled but still ticket amount (Rs.923) is not refund in my bank account. I have tried to reach the nos, mentioned in the gaurav luxury website but maximum nos are coming switch off & rest are not responding. On 24.7.18 i was having four ticket from ranchi to patna on gaurav luxury bus, pnr no w4115cba1, seat no 1a but recieved call from ranchi office on 24.07.2018 evening through mobile no [protected] that due to some technical problem bus is cancel and the money would be refunded within 3 days.

But we have checked online through gaurav luxury site but this pnr is live status show on site so please check at your end and suggest....

I booked two tickets online through gauravluxury.com. The booking was for my parents who are senior citizens. Today 9th april when they reached the mentioned boarding point at 10 pm, they were told by nearby shop owners that this bus does not ply any more. The office of this service provider was closed. All the mentioned numbers on website were unreachable. It was an absolute horror. I need to file a complain against these people....

On 20.02.2017 i was having four ticket from ranchi to patna on gaurav luxury bus, pnr no w411372cf, seat no 5a, 5b, 6a, 6b. But recieved call from ranchi office on 20.02.2017 evening through mobile that due to some technical problem bus is cancel and the money would be refunded within 3 days.
In spite of continuously follow up vide email and phone, till 08.03.2017 my money yet not refunded to by bank account

Tickets were booked for 22nd april from patna to ranchi 7:30a. M bus. I received message from bus operators that bus is cancelled on 21st april from mobile no - [protected]. Refund was made for one of the tickets but not for the other one till date.
