I have been consumer of LPG consumer no.1115363 (Ahmedabad) for last two years. Whenever I call to the agency for refill booking, found always busy (intentionally put a side) and while physically we approach for the same they rudely behave saying you may do anything you can. We have approach up to top management of IOC. Sometimes, they don't supply for beyond a month (after booking) pretending they have not sufficient quota.

my consumer no is 35922.agency :-gauri enterprises.i always get too late service.No responce from distributors.It takes at least 15-20 days to deliver the gas cylinder.is there any one who can guide us what is the turn around time to refill the cylinder as well as to whom we should contact for complain ..
