We already inform you that we cancel the card on November 2008. with prior letter to ge money.. We dont receive any confirmation from ge money side.. ...After 4 years how come bank sending me statement for the same.. ge money bank is doing fraud with the customers.
Please send me written confirmation that my account has been closed. Also, please confirm that ge money have notified all appropriate credit...

Frustrated with GE Money - Loan
I purchased a home in Pune, and for that took a Home Loan at floating rate from GE Money. I don't remember how I came across that executive. But after some persuation and looking at GE Money as new entrant in Home Loan segment thought it would be a bit soft and work towards increasing their consumer base and not harrass its customers.

My loan was completed last month 7th April 2009. Till now i didn't received any closing letter or not. Yesterday i call to customer care and I Asked noc and closing letter. She tell that u r Cheque bounces charges is pending. I will send executive alongwith NOC and CLOSING LETTER. You can pay check bounce charges...
