Gems Automobiles Pvt Ltd in Chinchwad Complaints & Reviews

It's been 15 days since i bought my bike. I didn't get RC book or vehicle number. They either don't pick up the call or say, they will call later.

I already paid fine/bribe to police guys for not having number. Is there any way to escalate this issue so i can get the registration?...

I took Caliber 115 bike from Jems Automobiles (Finance from HDFC ) in 2002.
I forgot to take RC book that time. In Last month I went to Jems Automobiles and asked about RC book. They said me that RC Book is taken by HDFC bank.

I also went to HDFC bank for that. In bank they said that they don't take RC book from dealer.

Now I want to sell my bike but I don't have RC book.
