I have ordered for said product for rs. 3999/- but received a different product of some other brand called onlite. I have raised a return request several times through mail and also through their website. I have not received any response from them. Their website (Geniusmart.in) still shows the product i ordered for the same price. I feel cheated by them....

I had purchased bose sound link revolve however, i was given a cheaper product. I had called up consumer complaints and seems it is not working. We are planning to connect all such users to take suo motto.

They are cheating everyone! Sending cheap and fake products! My order number is 1248, ordered on 7th may 2018. I've ordered a bose wireless bluetooth speaker but recieved some other product named onlite. Delivered by delhivery courier service. Somebody help us and catch those frauds! They've given bangalore address in website but products come from delhi.. Kindly catch those frauds and help us get our money back! I've attached the photos...

I ordered bose bluetooth speaker from geniusmart on 4/5/18 for 3999. They sent onlite speaker. There is no phone number to call, they do not reply to mail and they do not publish negative review. This is misguide people. Is there anyway we can get hold of these fraud and put them behind bars. Can't believe people do these kind of thing. Paid rs. 3999 for the product and i feel totally cheated as there is no response to the emails neither is there any other contact number provided. I wish the culprits are put behind bars for fraud. I hope to catch hold of them somehow and get the money back......
