Placed an order for jbl speaker and made the payment online for rs.1499 amount deducted but did not recieve any order confirmation through mail also tried to contact them through email and phone number but no response everything is fake ban website immediately and help me get my refund can't track order, and also not able to login to my account and no option to cancel the order...

I ordered JBL flip 3 bluetooth speakers with ear pod free.
What I got is a different product of "no company". I mean company name is not written on it and ear pod was not there.

There have been several complaint against this fraud company. Even return is not getting possible and customer care is not receiving calls.

Please take necessary action against them as soon as possible. They are not sending any...

I already paid through paytm 1499 rs for the order now i am unable to log in and see to track my order... There's no customer service too. Number and location seems to be fake...
When contacted on the number given there was no response. The tracking id is given but m unable to track as i am not able to log in...
Please don't fall into this trap......

I order for jbl blutooth speakers and pair of wireless earpods. Then they accpet my order for cod. Then i came to know that this is fake site. So to cancel my order i called customar care. That guy was rude and he ask me for otp number sent to my mob no. Which i refused to tell. Then he said i[censored] not tell us otp (One time password) then your order should not be cancelled....
