Hi I have ordered product for Noise watch and headphone combo for 1899 which was COD from Ekart delivery patner. The order id is 5183. The parcel which I received had 2 fastrack watches that was fraud as well. After that even tried to contact them via phone and email but there is no response. I have spoken to the delivery agent said its fake website though on the parcel it was mentioned that it is shivam traders rohini even tried calling...

I have ordered noise smart watch combo but i am received fastrack watch that too broken and fake Watches .company has done a fraud with me regarding watch i want to return this product and refund my money.

I had ordered for a noise combo of a colourfit watch 2 and noise shots x1 at inr 1899. However the order that i received today was a titan broken watch. This is a cheating of customer service. Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible. I would like to have the original product or my money refunded to me. Very much disappointed with this kind of, service. This is a shame that this site it is still on....
