Ghadiwala provided me a faulty watch, I spoke to Nitin Gupta, company manager. He was so rude, after my complaint online he spoke softly and asked me to return the watch and he will provide full refund. It was on 20/Nov/2013 i returned the watch and emaild customer care.

They are so pathetic that they said to take my review back then only they will return my money, I emailed mouth shut to remove the comments and emailed Ghadiwala...

HI, I have order a Fossil watch in the site "Ghadiwala.com" on November 26th and i have not received any mail regarding the desptach yet. I have tried reaching them through mails and calls but i have received no response from them till date. I had chosen cash on delivery option where 10% of the product price is already paid. They are cheaters. I bought a Casio watch which had scratches all over it. Had a chat with customer care and they told to return the watch, which I returned. Ghadiwala no 01 company in delayed product delivery.

I am unhappy the way they handle online shopping and I am writing to submit a complain . I ordered Guess watch on 16th July First and it was supposed to be delivered in 7 working days . now its almost 20 days still they are not confirming the date for supply of my watch .

this is the one of the most fraud website , which is taking orders then harashing cuustomers for there watch delivery after full payment also..
i have ordered one watch 11 days ago and after 10 days i have receive a call that this watch is not in stock and we will be not able to deliver this watch. there customer care service is very poor and please do not try to buy any product from this fraud website.

I have ordered a kenneth cole watch from ghadiwala.com on 18th august 2012 n today it's 7th sept 2012 but still I have not received delivery of my watch. It was expected to come by 10-15 days but not yet got. And there is no proper contact no where we can enquire. The no which are displayed on site are always switch off or no body answers your call. I have paid 10% of amount of watch. I have many times mailed them just once I got reply...

Hi,
I raised tickets #PJP-41663, BHI-93581 and #AWM-24041 for Order :#[protected] made on 14 May 2012 which was promised declared to deliver within 10-15 days. Instead date delayed to 5 June 2012.
Yet there is no as such customer followup.
My offence, is that I paid ghadiwala.com in full before delivery or I kept them asking it for status and asked to deliver after 15 days too. Then the company went for 15 days holiday...

Hi ordered an Invicta watch from GhadiWala.com very recently for my husband. He is a big fan of swiss watches. We got the watch in about 8 days which is well within the time range they have mentioned on their web site. The watch was very neatly packed in a proper jewel box and then in another box with good thick padding. The entire box was inside the tamper proof jacket.
