I tried to recharge my mobile([protected]) on 17th Jan using giftmate. I received message that mobile recharged successfully and money is debited. I am supposed to receive one more message saying eRecharge.
But till now i didn't receive message and mobile is not recharged.

Please help me....

Can someone plesae guide me how to use my guftmate voucher online. I have received 1000/- giftmate voucher which I am trying to use to top up my mobile.

But everytime I log into my giftmate account and try recharging the mobile number, it does take me to the Paymate system where i need to give in different deatils. But when I sumbit it says that I am not a registered Paymate user. Not sure why although I am going to the Paymate...

i have got a sms for giftmate about 50 rs cash back from movies ticker. i was very exited to see that offer.. i as my elder bother to gift me a giftmate voucher of rs 1000. after requesting my for for 2 to 3 hours he accept to gift me a giftvoucher of rs 1000. in 1 min i got 1000rs giftvoucher to my account.i thanks my bro. and i told my friend that i will booking they tickets for the movie blue.. on monday 19 oct. as after promising my friend...

Giftmate payment gateway is not safe.

I tried to purchase giftmate voucher for Rs.1000/- on 15th May 2008, using my credit card.
During transaction there was an error on the website.

Now i got my credit card statement, amount is charged from Credit card.

But after a month, nothing is credited to my Giftmate account.

I have to file a dispute now. Just see so many hassle...

I have been using GiftMate since December & found to be a very simple, nice & convenient method to pay - No hassle of credit card information, I even booked my Kingfisher flight via SMS.

Customer Service is also good & very co-operative in terms of resolution.

I received a gift voucher of 500/- rs from giftmate. It was sent by mail and procedure was written for redeeming it.One PIN was also there. But when I tried to follow it for redeeming it for various online purchasing it was also giving same SMS " Incorrect format ". Then I sent mail to customer care, they again wrote same procedure.
