I have placed order online at glow road on 22nd july 2019 and paid the amount online, notification came on 23rd july that product is ready to ship by ekart, i kept on tracking, yet the product not delivered, so in august 2019 i called customer care, they told that the product is misplace, u will get the refund i said i don't want refund i want the product back, again i call them in the mid of august they said the same thing still i said i...
