I have placed a prepaid order on 13Nov, 2023. Its been 7 days and the item hasn't been shipped yet. The status shows packed hence I can't cancel the respective order.

Ordered two products from Glowroad but I didn't fit me and returned it but after 2nd day my return request rejected. i have complain customer care 19th june.but still product is not pickup.he gave me 3 working days. But even after 3 days did not come to collect the product..I called customer care again and complained once again they gave 3 working days time.Once again the same process not counting sunday saturday even after 23days No one came to pick it up.
please help me pick up my product and refund me.
