KIND ATTN :- ALL
THE CAR WAS RETURNED TO US AFTER 3 MONTHS YET HAS TO BE SENT BACK TO AVK AUTO AGAIN ON SATURDAY,[protected] THEY TOOK 3 MONTHS TO REPAIR AND IT DID NOT RUN EVEN FR 3 DAYS
MR SANTOSH PROMISED THAT THE PROBLEM IN FUEL PUMP WILL BE RACTIFIED BY MONDAY AND SINCE MORNING, NO BODY IS EVEN TAKING THE CALL
I DO NOT KNOW WHAT TO SAY ABOUT THIS?
WHAT I FAIL TO UNDERSTAND IS THE INDIFFERENCE VIEW BEING TAKEN BY GM WE HAVE...

Poor Customer Service
Hi All,
I advice people not to purchase there GM vehicles from AutoVikas in New Delhi . Unprofessional staff, delivered me a Captiva with a dented roof, uncleaned seats and scuff marks. On requesting the dents be fixed , I was told not to bother with them as fixing them would affect the resale value. I was also promised some complimentary gifts on my purchase, never saw any. For someone paying almost 19 lacs for a car...
