THINK TWICE BEFORE BUYING CHEVROLET CRUZE. INHERENT DEFECT IN CAR AND PATHETIC AFTER SALE SERVICE. I am constrained to share my experience:-

Pathetic service received from Shiva Motors Service Station Noida and General Motors has been a mute spectator.

THIS IS WITH REFERNECE TO POOR SERVICE BY GM MOTORS PALAKKAD .WHEN THEY WANTED TO SELL THEIR CAR ,THEY WERE BEHIND. WE PAID THREE YEARS EXTENEDED WARRANTY.
AFTER FIRS SERVICE THE PERTOL FILLING DOOR GOT JAMMED. MR SANTOSH OF CHEBROLET -MANAGER WAS VERY IRRESPONSIBLE. WE COULD NOT FILL PETROL AND CALLED THEM.WE COULD HEAR FROM THE BACKGROUND NOISE THAT SOMEONE TELLING HIM.---DONT ATTEND THEM.
