COMPLAINT- NON ALLOTMENT OF COMMERCIAL PLOT IN LIEU OF ONE ACRE OF ACQUIRED LAND VILLAGE BAKARPUR (AERO CITY)

1 Vide landpooling for Aero city under Punjab Govt notification No 6/9/08/IME/22209 of 10/08/2009, certain land of the complainant was acquired in village Bakarpur. As per policy the complainant had preferred to accept allotment of a commercial plot in lieu of one acre of land, specifically Khewat Khatauni No 63/68...

66 kv high tension electric transmission wires/line is passing above my plot no 7972 measuring 400 sq yrds in h block, aerocity, mohali.

I have made request on 13.6.18 vide gmada dairy no 22126 for reallocation of plot.

Have sent reminders and meeting concerned officials on weekly basis but no outcome is there.

Gmada engineering deptt has approved reallocation since construction cant be done on...

I am to request you to please take into consideration that houses in my locality have illegal borewells and they waste water on washing cars and growing vegetables .! I request you to take a strict action . Address sector 104 pearl city Mohali block -C Punjab . Each and every house leaving 2 houses have bore well . They all use it to grow vegetables .
They waste the precious water to wash vehicles .! Pls take some action and close...

The newly auctioned location for hlp galleria in sector 62 mohali was a place for sports and daily workout earlier. Many people, including me used to go there foe health and fitness. I request you to kindly re - establish the ground (For running 400m, playing football, volleyball, doing pull ups) at nearby locations as there are many vacant places nearby

Less refund amount remitted by you to p& s bank, in surrender of plot, size 300 sq yd of kuldeep kaur, app no 21995. It city.in the name of kuldeep kaur
As per guidelines, if husband wife both are successful for allotment, at the time of surrender of one plot, complete earnest money will be refunded, without any deductions. You refunded 90% of amount and refunded rs 675000/- instead of rs 750000/-, that too with a delay of 6 months...

I was declared successful applicant in GMADA Purab apartments, Mohali scheme in march 2012 and supposed to submit eligibility suppporting documents by 23.04.12 failing which it shall be forfeited.

I have sent the requisite documents by speed post on 30.3.2012. But no feedback from GMADA.
I sent e mail to GMADA , But no feedback.
I called at the numbers displayed on their website and 24 hrs contact number. No one...

As GMADA has initialy promissed to refund the earnest money by Oct,10 afterwards they issued a public notice saying that eveyone will receive refund by 10th of Dec.,2010 & given the name of banks who will issue dd against refund but Telephone number of the banks are not working at all & our refunds are pending with them

GMADA initially promised to refund the money back by Oct'10 and its already been Dec.
I can see many people complaining about the same, Please take some strict action against GMADA....

I have applied for allotment of residential plots at Aero city,SAS Nagar,Mohali vide application no.284275 but remain unsucessfull for getting the same .I applied through Oriental Bank Branch in Jagraon.but not received balance refund till dated[protected].
