I had booked a cab from Whitefield to Koramangla with GO CABS on Wednesday 20th June for 8 p.m. I had booked the cab well in advance at 6.20pm asking them if they had a cab available. they conformed the booking. At 8.10 when the cab has not arrived I gave them a call. They said the driver will call me in 2 mins. After ten mins when I gave them a call again, they gave me the same reply. And again. Finally they told me that the cab had broken...

Planned torture with no communication to a lady customer

I had booked a cab from Bangalore to Mysore from GO CABS on Friday evening and got a confirm booking reference number - G111
The agreement was for a Cab "Toyota Qualis"(Rs 8.5/km) which was supposed to arrive at 6:00 AM on Sunday(10 Jun 2012).The Driver was supposed to call us 5 AM which he did not. While confirming the same from our side at 5:40 AM they said that the Cab is broken and will take 1-2 hours to get repaired....
