Below mention the both ticket i was not web checking before 1 hrs in mumbai airport due to 1 hrs in queue no any one help there before 1 hrs they say to me web checking closed you can travel and your employees misbehave with me ..today is my return ticket do refund tis ... due to your flight is late i have to my refund . other wise we will go high court for complaint for you and also agent we have also all recording .. we are taking also...

I have paid Rs 200 for on board pomegranate juice facility at the time of windo seat booking.

I have invoice for the same, but I was rejected to serve on board facility showing me NIL entry on boarding pass.

I have paid for it, so it was the duty of first go flight personnel to make necessary entries on boarding pass.

If company forcefully wish me to file a complaint. I will have no other option....
