Dear Team,

With great hope and trust I booked by Honda City for comprehensive service + AC Servicing + Body work on 22nd August 2022.

First the ordeal starts as three diffrent service managers were allocated so thrice I had to ask them for progress.

Today evening the car was delivered but to my surprise I found that the driver's seat sliding is not working hence I was not able to test the vehicle....

I opted for a standard service for my car at 18 August 2022, service had pick and drop policy, later after service i had a call form workstation to pay extra 3200rs for some extra work which they said needed for my car apart from my package charge which i paid already by online method their is a problem in bill discrimination on offline bill and online bill, extra 100 rs charge on online bill, later on when I received the car my car interior...
