I had paid Rs. 5500/- for 6 months Subscription however only get 6 days milk of 2 ltrs each day after that I didn't get anymore milk from godayly. Still I am waiting for service or refund but unable to connect with concerned person.

I have paid for 2 month but not receiving milk or not getting my balance Amount refund...

Me & my friends paid money for milk but milk not deliverd & we didnt get refund...

This guys are such goons.. have paid 16000/- rs and the milk came just for 7 days then it was stopped. Had called several times, no update on the refund also after the Facebook reply to all the members they have not refunded a single penny 😡😡😡😡......

Despite charging 7200/- milk service was provided for 1-2 days, post which they have disappeared, no communication.

They have defrauded the customers.

I want my money back....

I took this app's subscription for milk services. They have promised us to provide a 6-month milk service. I have total paid 9540 rs.
But this company's owner is absconded and lakhs of people have lost their money. This is a big scam and people should get their hard-earned money back....

I brought subscription of Godayly in late July, I got delivery till August 1st week. Later no response from customer care. They cheated me and many other people...

Godayly has taken 2 Months advanced for milk Subscription but milk not provided....

I started subscription for 60 days on 27th August 2021. Only received milk for 10 days post that no milk delivery. Nobody answering calls and no reply from team....

I had opted for Godayly milk subscription on 13th June 2021 and had paid the money in advance for 3 months under the offer of 90 liters paid + 90 liters free.
I received milk till 8th of Aug 2021 which totals to around 26liters. After which the delivery of milk has stopped with no intimation and the vendor is not responding to calls or whatsapp messages.
If they don't want to give services then they should refund the amount....

On 8th of. September the customer service accepted my. Refund and took my account details, I was not satisfied as the milk was not delivered and the credit was deducted. But now the customer service number is off and not able to get in touch with the company. Their are several complains filed against them. I subscribed milk for 90 days and got delivery for and got milk only for 42 days. Rest days money are still with company....

This is Manish and I also subscribed to their 3 month + 3month free offer and paid them subscription charges of INR5490 in August only and I heard they stopped their services abruptly without speaking to us. I am writing here to complaint about the same.

Kindly advice what should be our course as there are many customers like us.

Ritesh from Godalyl called up with the offers. We subscribed to the offer and got milk deliveries for 20 days. After that there has been no service and the customer care care doesn’t work. There is no one to answer or get back with the 338 milk delivery credits left in my account (approx 5000 rupees)....

I had paid Rs 7, 440 for 60 days of Milk Delivery from Go Dayly but there has been no delivery since 21st August 2021 i.e left for 17 days i.e. Rs 2, 108 and I tried to connect to them through various channel but no response. I wanted by refund of Rs 2, 108 because of no milk delivery....

Milk is not delivered nor the company is refunding the money or not responding to the complaint, Request to refund back the money which is balance and Please do the needful....

I had subscribe to two brand of milk Amul Gold and GOKUL..Apart from free bags offer still I have to receive milk amounting to Rs1500/-. Godayly is not responding to any call nor on whattsapp. Godadly Sales person and back office assistant have quitted job due to non payment of salary. This info was received on whattsapp by one of their employee. Godayly should refund our pending milk amount incase not able to restart and should be punished...

I have paid 3000/- for milk in advance. Just 10 days back. For last 8 days there is no milk delivered & no one is responding to our calls. I have 10 number of theirs customer care executive. Not even a single person is receiving. This have done a big fraud. We want justice...

My name is Lekha Mehta and before a month i paid around 7500 to godayly for milk delivery. One of their employee gave us all good offers and all and we agreed for 1.5 litres milk to be daily delivered at our door steps for 6 months. We received milk hardly 20-25 days and after that it stopped... Tried calling but phones are switched off.. we caught that employee and asked but he said they fired all employees and didn't pay them salary for...

Had taken 90 days plan so would be getting milk for 180 days had made an advance payment of Rs 2160/- started receiving the milk but after a week everything stopped suddenly.I would kindly request you to refund the anount....

Company took the money and now not supplying milk. Money is fraudently taken...

They told us that if we subscribe milk for 90 days they will give 90 days free milk as well but just
after 2 days of subscription they stopped delivering milk and took our money and ran away. Their
sales person were continuously calling me to take subscription but now their phone is either
switched off or the are not picking up the call .They took 2160 rupees from me and promised to

I paid the full money for subscription and milk delivery is not happening, no service and no communication line has been working since 3-4 days. Their office is also sealed. They have committed a fraud of 15k just from my side. A lot other people lost their money. Fraud company....

I've taken three months subscription by paying in advance. It's been about 10 days since they have stopped the supply.

It seems their website will not take in any queries nor customer support team will respond.

I managed to contact them once and they delivered the next day and after that the same situation.

They have stopped sudden milk deilvery since 20th August, No milk deilvered. When called on customer care, No one is picking call, No Response on Mails, Whatsapp everything. Their employees also not receiving calls... Those who are receiving have no update regarding to Service. I have active subscription of 334 packets. But no update whether its gonna happen or not.

I want my refund back for balance packets....

They have suddenly stopped delivering milk instead of active subscription.

GoDayly is an on demand milk delivery service that I have subcribed to I am not receiving any milk for days now the customer care service is not working properly no one is picking calls there is no response on WhatsApp too it is difficult to find out what is happening the company has been not been consistent for many days but now they have just vanished I don’t know what is going on but at least they should have notified before that they...

Milk subscription from Godayly as suddenly stopped since 21st August, 2021. No update from the customer support team.
The delivery person mentions that they havent received milk from the collection center.
The employees are being randomly sacked and not paid so contacting any employee is also not possible...

HI,

I purchased milk subscription from Godayly. However, these people have stopped delivering milk at my doorstep. Upon reporting they come up with reasons such as to contact before 11 AM even though on website it says 24x7.

Unfortunately these people don't respond so it's their trick to play with the customers.

1. No one respond to the Whatsapp number.
2. No one picks up customer care...
