I had called Godrej customer care to take refrigerator AMC. The same day I have been suggested several features of AMC and I agreed to go with AMC charges. I paid instantly desired amount in the suggested Godrej account . Now its been more than a month, neither authorised dealer taking my call nor customer care responding. While I have everything payment directly made to godrej & boyce account.

I have been purchased a new washing machine (Make - godrej & boyce mfg.co. Ltd.) wt eon 651 phu metallic rod on dt. 10.02.2018 (Bill attached). Within 10 days of purchase, washing machine started showing problem. The timing of rinse feature is not working correctly. Also the timing of other features is not working correctly after setting time. I contacted to customer care. Service engineer of godrej visited 3-4 times to solve the problem....
