I bought a refrigerator gross volume 231 Ltrs model no GFE 25/2009 on 14th January' from GR Agencies at Gudiyatham, vellore dt. Now I'm facing Problem in Refrigerator -1. Cooling Level too much low 2. no ice preparing.Plz send immediate your engineer to check.

I had purchased Godrej eon 230lts 4-5months ago, it makes lot of noise from day1 ..What can be done? Can we ask Godrej customer care to replace this product or give our mobey back?...

This is to inform you that we had bought a refrigerator from Jain Traders in Thane West, three years back.
A serviceman from Godrej had asked us to get an AMC package of 4 years.
