The above model code a/c was put on 4yrs service contract with location no.[protected] at location no. Aso5l2b-[protected] on 25 th of february, 2015.
So far not even a single service has been provided on the appliance.
You are requested to terminate the contract & refund the total amount of rs.6950/= paid for this 4 yr service contract, within the next seven days to avoid any undue controversies....

Poor sales trained staff. Giving unrealistic deliver dates

Booked two ACs Application nos 1817509 &10 on 18th oct 2014. Deliver promissed on Monday and installation on Tuesday. Reminded on Sunday for confirmation. Did not go out on Monday. Monday late evening informed that delivery will happen on Tuesday. Tuesday late evening informed that delivery and installation will happen on Wednesday. Today it is 5:45 pm. Did not go out for three days. Hope to get the this year. Am surprised Godrej employees...
