I bought Godrej mattress Acupedic from one of the dealers (Surabhi Furnitures, Gandhi Bazar Bangalore) on 30th November 2020. Within 2 months I had issue with mattress ( top of the cloth was getting teared and sacking issue) and raised complaint to Godrej customer on 6th February 2021 till now I didn't get proper response from them. Getting back problems using Godrej Mattress....

You gave us a mattress with 85% Foam and only 15% firm support. We found out when we had to cut the mattress to resize according to our dimensions.

Feel grossly cheated!...

Mattress has been compressed so much
and become flat at several places. Consequently, mattress has become zig zag and not fit to use....

I had purchased mattress from patna boring road store in may 2016. I lodged several complain in 2018 january till date with your person at patna. But till date they have not changed.
