Dear Sir,

We had received a call from your customer care and they told that we are selected for exchanging the Godrej pentacool refrigerator and giving offer price for the same. We are owning 8 yrs old Godrej Pentacool refrigerator. Three to four they had called and told one of the executive will come to home and explain the product. But no one came upto now.

To whom do we contact? Is there any offers as...

my deep freezer is not working...water is not freezing and defrost function is not working...please suggest a solution to enjoy ice in this hot weather...

In June 2007 2007 I purchased one Godrej Pentacool Refrigerator from M/s. Capital Electronics, Behala, Kolkata.
It is giving troubles repeatedly.
1. Within this short period its timer was changed twice
2. Its both the doors were changed few months back.
3. Few more smallers parts were changed
4. Its running sound has increased too much so that we can not sleep at night

MY REFIGERATOR COMPRESSOR WAS RUNNIG CONTINUOUSLY. I HAD GIVEN THE COMPLAINT ON 28TH JUNE,2010 AND I ASKED THEM TO PROVIDE SERVICE ON URGENT BASES. BUT TILL 2ND JULY,2010 NO ONE VISITED TO MY HOUSE. I HAD CALLED UP TO SERVICE CENTRE FOR MORE THAN TEN TIMES. EVERY TIME THEY ARE GIVING ME DETAILS OF COMPLAINT AND ASSURE ME THAT TODAY HE WILL COME ETC.LASTLY THEY HAVE GIVEN THE SERVICE CENTRE CONTACT NUMBER BUT EVEN THEY ARE NOT PICKING UP...

I have a Godrej Pentacool Refrigarator double door which is under warranty for ten years Rust Free with ZOP technology but the refrigarator started rusting within a year. several times I complaint to the service centre but nobody entertainted my complain till dated. My service call No is 899809 I don't know what to do everytime I call on [protected] service centre no they say this week or next week but nobody is able to give a satisfactory...

Poor service standards by Smart Care and absolutely no response from Mr Ravi Bhat!! In this day and age - I guess this is where other brands score over Godrej.

On 19th June 2004, we had purchased a 400L Pentacool refrigerator GF42EL. I think the refrigerator behaved itself only during the first year after purchase. It has been giving us ceaseless problems since then. The key problem is that it does not perform its basic job...

cooling system of my fridge had suddenly spoilt on 5th feb 2008.after repeated complaints some one from RAJ REFRIGERATAR COMPANY CAME AND SET IT RIGHT BY CHANGING THE GAS, FILTER and also service charges .total expenditure came upto rs.1550 as per their bill dated 8th feb 2008 num 427.it has again spoilt two days back and till today no body has attended to my complaint.this is highly ridiculous.i request the concerned persons to come and...

ON 13TH JUNE LATE NIGHT THERE WAS SOME GAS LEAKAGE FROM BACK SIDE OF THE FRIDGE SINCE THEN FRIDGE STOPPED & PLACED A COMPLAINT FOR REPAIR SERVICE CALL NO. 965721 DT 14.06.08 FRIDGE WAS BOUGHT ON 01.10.06 & UNDER WARRANTY.

NOW BEING ASKED FOR SERVICE CHARGES & GAS FILLING CHARGES THIS IS EXACTLY PRODUCT FAILURE SO EITHER ARRANGE FOR REPAIR FREE OF CHARGES OR REPLACE THE PRODUCT OTHER WISE WILL HAVE TO TAKE THE SHELTER...

i bought godrej pentacool refrigerator in late 2006.our family is old customer of godre in case of refrigerators "godrej" is always the first choice.but this time we feel "cheated" and "betrayed" by the product.the refrigerator has broken down dozens of time in last 2 years.there is no proper cooling in refrigerator but freezer is good.at times it suddenly stops cooling leading to staling and rottening of stuff...
