i have purchase a godrej refrigerator on dated 4.9.2007..from Nanra refrigeration works..During the purchase i been told the 5 waranty of the kompressure and on 23rd of feb 2012 the kompressure of refrigerator got dead and i have logged the complaint on date 23.2.12 and the complaint no. Of the same was [protected]..on 24.2.12 enginer has visit our house and demand for rs 2132 for which i told that kompressure is under waaranty why should...

I registered complaint # [protected] with Godrej Customer Care ( phone number[protected] on 13 October 2011 for OVERCOOLING in my Godrej refrigerator. Six days later, on 19 October 2011, an electrician came to my residence in Kodaikanal, from Dindigul, Tamil Nadu. He replaced my thermostat with a defective thermostat (they are recycling old and defective parts by taking the replaced parts from customer homes, cleaning and packing them...

I Purchased Godrej refrigerator on 7 march, i am facing some problem in my refrigerator that is water is leaking from the back side of the refrigerator and ice is not freeze properly and also not coming out easily, if we put out the ice force fully than the chance of breakage of ice tray will be increase. i purchased a godrej refrigerator model no:rg-gde1981-cr, from modern electronics udhampur on 28/12/2008.since it's purchase it has been overcooling.after repititive complaints to the shop,we got it fixed.but again after few weeks it regained that problem.now the dealer is not listening to us.the product overcools the eatables.in other words the things in the refrigerator freezes.please take appropriate action....
