I am B C Tripathi from Haridwar (Uttarakhand). I have Godrej 300 Litres Cold Gold Red Colour Refrigerator Sl. No. 02421. I bought it vide Cash Memo No. 5310 dated 07.5.2003 from The Indian Store, Dehradun. There was no problem upto 10.09.2014. I bough a refrigerator from Adishwar.. and the handle of the Refrigerator has been loose since the time I bought. This was shared with the techncian who came and showed a Demo, however was not addressed.
Post this I Went to Adishwar and complained about this in October'12 and a complaint number was shared with me(Y[protected]). Till date this has not been addressed and the handle of the appliance has not been replaced.

On 14th May I have register my complaint that my fridge is not giving proper cooling.
I am daily reminding their helpline service but till today no body is caring to attend the complaint

cooling system is totaly failed in warrenty period...

purchase on 07/04/2012 and delivered defective piece unusual sound coming from compressor call no=-[protected] csn is 176, with the tag.
It is totally cheated by the company to the customer and company has lost faith of the costumer. please replace the refrigerattor as soon as possible and in failling which customer has lodgding complaint against company at district consumer form. company shall be responsible for the damage and loses....

i need good service agent to repair my refrigerator i just got it six months back there is some issue with the cooling pls send us the agent soon....

We purchased a refrigerator ( godrej company ) and recently it was not cooling. After complaining the issue to the Godrej customer care, a service person from Godrej came and inspected the refrigerator and informed us that the condenser ( Motor) was not working and it has to be replaced with the new one and he took RS 4600 as the cost of this device and replaced the same ( with one year warrenty for this device ). After 3 months once again...

I lodged compliant on 18/05/10 ( service call no:850229 )& changed compessor on 20/05/10 .The changed compressor number plate No did not match with technical specs engraved on sealed box.The compressor did not work till date. No person attended my problem despite of many remainders.Pl help me out

After that we did an AMC which is continuing since 17.6.2009 with AMC No.U/198/8.We have paid Rs.2669 and till now no body has turnedup for the service. I purchased a refrigerator of GODREJ in December 2008,

Now i am facing cooling problem from last six days

I locked a complaint at Godrej Customer Care on 11th June 09 & customer care executive provide me Complaint No '774273', same day technican came to my house & told me compressor is not working.
& technician went away told me that godrej team will come & repair this compressor...

Not working & lamp not glowing inside the frige...

I Purchased My Godrej Refrigerator in August 2008, and in September figured an issue with regard to freezer door and registered a complaint #996736. After few calls a technician visited our place and confirmed that the door needs to be replace, After that no one turned up. After innumerous calls got a response that the stack is not present. But till date haven't done anything to get that replaced.

I purchased a Godrej - make refrigertor, Model-GFE36DZ (double door, capacity-373
liters) on 29 March 08 from Vijay Sales, Galleria Mall, vashi Navi Mumbai.It has been 2 months since purchase of this refrigerator but

I have bought EON model fridge last year(2006'oct) during diwali time. It was launched that time only. It was not working properly during May'2007. I have called service people and they found that system choke and refilled gas to set right the problem. Again same problem occured during oct'5th 2007. Now I have asked for replacement and they are denying to give it. I have the plan of taking this matter into Consumer court....
