I had booked flight G8-74 from Phuket to Mumbai via Delhi for me and my family, for 6-July-2023 throung makemytrip(MMT).
The Booking ID: NN28QTLKY3224H6A9729, (Booked on 04 April 2023). PNR- EDUT2H.
The flight was cancelled due to operational challenges.
The refunud was promised to me within one month by MMT and GoFirst airline. Over 4 months have passed but I have not received the refund. I am regularly...

I booked flight from ahemdabad to delhi on april 29 or 30 .
the flight was for 2nd may.
i booked goair flight from flipkart travel.
and on the day of journey i got message that flight got cancelled due to technical error from flight side.
they told me that i ll get full refund .
it's very frustrating that on the day of journey all plans and travel got cancelled. there may be some emergency so we booked flight.br...

My checked in bag handle was broken and same reported to the counter at Mumbai Airport counter of GO FIRST.
Was told to mail to their respective departments.
They have replied stating the damage is normal wear and tear!
I do not accept their response as my bag is new....
