Dis-respectful staff
I would like to inform you that a person named Mr.Amit has called me the first time for my settlement of credit card.. Even though i was using a normal tone, he has spoken very roughly and called me a 'CHOR' ! I have only 1 month pending payment, and i had to hear the word "CHOR' being repeated by this person over and over again.
I warned him that i will record and complaint but he did not seem to care and...
